Refund policy
All coffee is roasted to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
If your order arrives damaged, or if there is an error with your order, contact us at drinkmarlow@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
If your order does not arrive within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we will investigate and make it right.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
